Pe 30 Mai 2009 in parcul IOR Bucuresti va avea loc Volcom Wild in the Parks. Acesta este un eveniment ce consta in concurs cu intrarea libera ce este destinat tuturor practicantilor de skateboard indiferent de varsta.

Este un eveniment de aploare pentru skatebaordingul romanesc, ce se desfasoara atat in 18 state europene cat si in Australia, Brazilia, Japonia si Indonezia.

Anul acesta evenimenutl va avea loc in parcul IOR din Bucuresti unde vor fi asteptati 7 sportivi europeni de profil pentru un demo si nu in ultimul rand peste 1000 de vizitatori .
